Open the configuration module and go to Modules under Clinic.
This tab gives you an overview of which modules and patient accesses are activated for the clinic.
Activated modules are marked with a green dot.
Inactive modules are marked with a red dot. If you want to activate a module, you need to contact support.
To the right there is an overview of the different patient access.
Communication access: Patients are able to communicate with the clinic through dialogues.
Booking access: Patients are able to book appointments online.
Video consultation access: Patients are able to book video consultations online.
Activated access is checked off.
Deactivated access is marked with a X.
