If notifications are activated, the patient will receive a notification when a message is sent to the patient.
What kind of notification depends on the information the patient has provided in the app or in the patient portal:
If the e-mail address is provided, the notification will be sent by mail.
If the patient has downloaded the app and allowed push notification they will receive one push notification and on by mail.
If the phone number is the only thing that is provided, the patient will receive notification by text message.
All communication takes place at the highest security level, security level 4. You need to log in with your BankID, a Buypass card, or by using mobile login to read the content of the message.
