SLV warnings

Warnings from SLV (the Norwegian Medicines Agency)

Warnings can be viewed in several places:
  • Within your inbox in the Post module
  • When you create a new ordination which is affected by a SLV warning
  • In the Clinic Module > SLV warnings to the clinic
  • In Important Alerts
One way to access SLV warnings via your Inbox

Overview of all SLV warnings

Go to Clinic > SLV warnings to the clinic. You can see the different type of warnings and filter by active or historical status.

Manage SLV warnings

  1. 1.
    Open the warning, and go to The Clinic’s affected patients tab
  2. 2.
    Click synchronize
  3. 3.
    Make the required changes for each patient
  4. 4.
    Mark each patient as Handled or select Handled for all
You can filter patients by status to see which patients have valid, draft or discontinued treatments with the related products.
For Safety warnings, the Handled for all option is disabled - you need to individually mark each patient as handled.

Mark warnings as seen

If the warnings does not require an action to be taken, you can just mark it as seen.
When SLV warnings are marked as seen or managed, it’s moved from your inbox to the Clinic Archive in your Post module.
