The interface

Learn about the fundamentals of the PasientSky platform and how it works.

The way the platform is built, there will always be a "frame that surrounds a main picture". The framework will never change, but the "main picture" will change based on which module you choose.

The framework

The framework includes a header, a menu, and widgets.

The header includes the context selection, search field, and icons for our phone system and video-app if this is activated on the clinic.

Context selection

The icon placed at the top left corner is what we call the context selection. This will either be a PatientSky-icon, Hove Total-icon, or your profile picture.

Click to open the selection. You have the opportunity to change between different clinics where you are an employee, log in and out of groups and functions, and open and edit your profile settings.

From the context selection is also where you log out of the platform. We rercommend that you log out of the platform when leaving your workstation. Otherwise, you are automatically logged in for 8 hours.

Search field

The search filed Søkefeltet is important when working with your patients.

Use the shortcut Alt + F to search. You can search for patients using their name, birthday, or social security number. Click the downward key to open a list of the last searched patients.

When the patient is chosen from the search, the patient is activated. Based on which modules are activated on the clinic, more information and shortcuts will be available when activating the patient in the search field. You can also see if the patient has approved and is using the Patientportal or the app.

By clicking on the patient's name, you will open the patient card (Alt + P) and can find more information about the patient.

Click to read more about how you can create new patients.

Phone- and video-icon

The phone- and video-icon each represents a module, and are only available if the module is activated.

If the icon is blue, you are logged in. if it is red, you are logged off.

Click to read more about the phone system and video.
